A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Home Sales Advisor who is looking for a step up into a management role. This position involves covering new build developments in the Lincolnshire area so interested candidates must live under an hour to Lincoln to be considered for this role.
You will be responsible for overall sales of between 4-5 developments. These sites will be manned by a Sales Advisor but you will be tasked with training, mentoring of the Site Sales Advisors as well as maximising sales opportunities within these sites.
A solid background in New Home Sales is essential in order to be considered for this role. You will also need to demonstrate previous sales achievements and have a deep understanding of the process of buying a new home.
