​​New Homes Sales consultant – Goffs Oak

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced site sales consultant to join a an established developer working on a prestigious site in Goffs Oak.

Due to substantial growth, land in the bank and up and coming developments, they are now looking to add another permanent sales executive to their team.

key responsibilities include:

•To apply effective selling skills in order to exceed required profitable sales for the business

•To maintain the presentation of the sales complex to the highest standard

•To effectively manage all customers and deliver excellent customer service

•To generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity

•To research the marketplace, including second-hand comparables, and the use data to sell above the competition

•To progress reservations to exchange and completion and ensure a smooth journey for the customer and the company – within the appropriate time scales

•To anticipate and manage the threat of cancellation and minimise cancellation rates

•To effectively manage and resolve any customer complaints with guidance from the Sales Manager

•To work as a participative member of the sales team to ensure that the site is effectively managed and information is widely shared

•To actively focus on self-development and promote the continuous development of selling and sales management skills

•To effectively manage, including the use of available IT and software packages, all sales administration in order to ensure that correct reporting is provided as required by the business

•To represent the company to the highest professional standards


•A proven track record of achieving targets

•The ability to deliver high levels of customer service

•To embrace technology and develop an understanding of new systems

•Excellent attention to detail to effectively manage presentation of sales area

•Self-motivated and driven to achieve results

Salary and Package

£28k -£30k basic with £20K+ commission

25 days holiday + bank holidays
