We are looking for a Sales Advisor to work on an East London development for a company with a very good reputation in the industry.
You will be an experienced sales professional with a demonstrated history of selling new homes and good knowledge of the new homes process. You will understand the needs of the customers, be personable and confident in your own ability – whilst working well with your team on site.
Responsibilities include taking ownership of your development, proactively bringing in appointments and following up leads in order to meet your sales targets. Ensuring the marketing suite and show home are presentable at all times, carrying out market research, keeping all administration and reports up to date and following health and safety policies at all times.
The basic is up to £27,000 with OTE of £52,000. This is a full time role, working 5 days a week which will include some weekend working but not every weekend – a bonus in this industry!
