Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to support the Sales team. The role is based in the Head Office of this Gold award Developer.
Generation of purchase orders for the Sales and Marketing Department.
Show house – scheme ordering and issuing of choices and upgrades/seasonal changes for Xmas
Sales offices – choices board preparation and issue to sites ahead of opening
Plots – all customer choices liaison between site sales and commercial/construction – keeping a master schedule for each site/inputting into Coins
Plots – all customer extra orders and payment and liaison with site sales and commercial – keeping a master schedule for each site
Folios – preparation of all customer folios and liaison with technical and customer services Uniforms – ordering and distribution of uniforms and PPE
Handover gifts – procurement and management to make savings and ensure security of gifts
Ability to work on own initiative as well as under instruction
Patient, calm and empathetic
Self-motivated to deliver a high standard
