TeamSales are looking for a Product Consultant within Central London to join a reputable housing association on a temp ongoing basis, three days a week. You will be assisting the Product Manager in providing a first point of contact for pre-sales functions.
Scope of the role:
Act as a Sales & Marketing Representative at internal project team meetings and external site meetings
Attend meetings with Plot Sales Solicitors
Ensure all New Build Schemes have a valid RICs valuation
Management and coordination of monthly reports
Compiling data for competitor analysis reports
Provide assistance and support to the Sales team
Resolving customer enquiries, ensuring that actions and outcomes are recorded accurately
Assist the New Homes Sales Product Manager in the application and delivery of new housing products, initiatives and revenue streams
Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of sales services
Experience of selling New Homes
Knowledge in Shared Ownership & Help-to-buy
Able to provide first class customer service
Excellent personal presentation
You will be well-organised and with good computer skills
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills whilst dealing with both customers and colleagues
Previous experience using IT and communication systems, including MS Office Suite
Must have access to own car.
Days / Hours / Info:
9am - 5pm (1 hour lunch break)
Part time - Mon, Wed, Thurs. Full flexibility to work Mon - Fri is desirable depending on work load.
This role will begin as WFH but will be based out of office in central London once restrictions allow.
