Experienced New Home Sales Negotiator required for a 5 star builder on a fantastic Essex development.

Basic salary of £27k with OTE circa £45k. The role requires weekend working so you must be happy to have days off during the week.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of delivering sales in a consultative environment, ideally new homes but candidates from other industries will be considered.

  • Commercially astute with a good understanding of the Essex market and local competitors.

  • Understands and acts upon customer needs to maintain company reputation.

  • Flexible and thrives on challenge, is resilient and driven to achieve personal and organisational targets.

  • Level headed, able to remain calm and controlled under pressure.

  • Keeps up to date with new thinking including legislation, economic conditions and technology.

  • Communicates and negotiates persuasively – capable of influencing others assertively, building rapport with customers.

  • Embraces change and explores new ways of working to help the continuous growth of the sales operation.

  • A real team player who encourages and supports people in the team, sharing knowledge and best practice.

  • Able to build relationships across functions, internally and externally.

  • Able to work on own initiative without direct management

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • IT literate.

  • Holds full driving license and have use of a vehicle for business travel
