​Our client has an opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to join the team on a large development of 2,3 and 4 bedroom houses.

Ideal Candidate:

  • They are looking for customer focused and sales driven individuals who take pride in their work.

  • Experience of New Homes Sales is essential.

  • Excellent organisational skills and Computer literacy is required

  • Full driving licence and car ownership

  • Ability to work Wednesday to Sunday (Monday and Tuesdays off)

  • Hours 10:00 to 17:30 per day

The Opportunity

  • Working for a major housebuilder that is known for their high quality build and customer service

  • Working with a great team (site is double manned most days)

  • Excellent basic Salary £30 to £33k basic

  • Great commission and bonus scheme
