New Homes Sales consultant - Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk - £26k basic + commission (45k ote)
About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a New Homes Sales Executive to join a friendly team working on a site in Bury St Edmunds on a permanent basis.
Duties :
· Liaise with potential purchasers
· Carry out viewings and show people around the Show Home and the development
· Negotiating Sales
· Liaising with Agents, Solicitors and Mortgage Brokers
· Carry out market research
· Carry out weekly sales progression from reservation, through to completion
· Complete necessary paperwork at reservation
· Attend on-site weekly sales meetings with the Sales & Marketing Manager
· Follow up all viewings to gather people’s feedback
· Dealing with phone and email enquiries
· Good organisation skills
· Good communication skills

About You
A proven track record in the sale of homes, preferably new homes;
Proficient in sales techniques;
Conversant with all legal terminology used in the home buying process;
A clear and effective communicator in both verbal and written communication;
A good understanding of lenders and the financial aspects of purchasing a home;
IT literate using Microsoft Office suite;
Full UK driving licence.
