Excellent opportunity for an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join a leading new homes builder on a fantastic development in The City. Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years on site sales experience working directly for a developer in the London Market. Candidates with an agency background who have on-site sales experience may also be considered.
The successful candidate will deliver an exceptional customer experience to everyone involved in the purchase. Working closely with the Sales Manager and collaboratively with the Sales Team and other stakeholders, you will be driven to deliver and exceed sales targets.
Your duties will include:
Take ownership of the entire purchasing process, as well as the development, making sure it looks immaculate and inviting
Proactively search for target customers and book appointments with them
Follow up leads to ensure sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is of the highest standard
Promote and provide recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors so our customers receive an efficient service against purchasing deadlines
Make sure all administrative and reporting requirements are met according to company policies and agreed timeframes
Make sure that market research, price benchmarking, advertising, incentives, PR, and other marketing events are done proactively to help fulfil sales targets
Make sure the health and safety of customers, colleagues, and other parties whilst on site is in accordance with legal requirements and company policy
Follow and adhere to company procedures, standards of performance, and the business unit’s Sales Manual.
Working week will be Tuesday to Saturday (Sundays and Mondays off) working 10am - 6pm (10am - 4pm Saturdays). Basic salary £28k - £30k (dependent on experience) and with commission and bonus your OTE will be circa £50k
