New Homes Sales consultant - North West London
We are excited to be working with a renowned 5* House builder on one of their prestigious sites.
What is expected:
·Strong negotiator with the ability to building excellent rapport with clients and home purchasers alike.
·Be the face of the company
·Excellent customer services- meeting and greet customers and guiding them through the process.
·Be able to close sales and demonstrate product knowledge
The ideal New Homes Sales Consultant/ Advisor will need:
·Previous New Homes Sales experience or relevant / transferable skills within a sales environment
·Be well presented with strong customer facing skills.
·Be able to work to sales targets
·Ability to work well as a team
·Good knowledge of the local area including schools, amenities and transport links.
·Flexibility to work weekends
Salary and Package
·£24k/ £29k basic with OTE circa £45-52k, all dependent on experience
·Competitive Bonus Scheme
·25 days’ holiday not including bank holidays
