Experienced New Home Sales Negotiator required for award winning developer on a fantastic Norfolk development.
Basic salary of £27k with OTE circa £45k. The role requires weekend working so you must be happy to have days off during the week.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience of delivering sales in a consultative environment, ideally new homes but candidates from other industries will be considered.
Commercially astute with a good understanding of the Norfolk market and local competitors.
Understands and acts upon customer needs to maintain company reputation.
Flexible and thrives on challenge, is resilient and driven to achieve personal and organisational targets.
Level headed, able to remain calm and controlled under pressure.
Keeps up to date with new thinking including legislation, economic conditions and technology.
Communicates and negotiates persuasively – capable of influencing others assertively, building rapport with customers.
Embraces change and explores new ways of working to help the continuous growth of the sales operation.
A real team player who encourages and supports people in the team, sharing knowledge and best practice.
Able to build relationships across functions, internally and externally.
Able to work on own initiative without direct management
Excellent communication skills.
Holds full driving license and have use of a vehicle for business travel
