New Homes Sales Advisor – Folkestone – Kent
My client is looking for a skilled and motivated Sales advisor to work on a stunning development on the beautiful Kent coastline
If you are money hungry and enjoy delivering exceptional customer service whilst working on the coast, then we may just have the perfect role for you.
Salary and Packaged
Working Hours: 9am – 5pm
Thursday – Monday
One weekend off in 4
Salary:£30k Basic. £50k OTE ( uncapped commission )

The Role:
Utilising your experience and skills in New Homes to attract and qualify potential buyers.
Demonstrating sales techniques in order to achieve and exceed targets.
Display strong negotiation and sales skills to secure and close deals with prospective clients.
Possessing excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to engage with customers.
Maintaining a friendly, and professional attitude to build rapport with customers .
Ensuring seamless sales progression from the initial enquiry through to completion.
Demonstrating strong computer skills to efficiently manage sales data and records.
Requirements:
12 months New Homes experience
Well-presented and professional appearance.
Reliable, hardworking, approach to work.
Ability to build trust with clients and maintain a flexible attitude.
Exceptional people skills and excellent communication abilities.
Strong planning, organisational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet ambitious sales targets.
