New Homes Sales Negotiators positions available in North West London & Middlesex. My client is seeking candidates with New Home Sales experience and will also exceptional candidates with sales experienced from luxury / high end retail or a consultative sales background.
Successful candidates will have:
•New Homes/Property Sales experience ideally - candidates with excellent sales and customer service experience will also be considered
•Experience of working in a target driven role
•Good customer service skills
•Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with an emphasis on negotiation and persuasion techniques
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to work well with others
•Focused individual who is thorough and pays attention to detail
•IT literate with the ability to work across various computer systems
On offer is a very competitive package of £28k basic with OTE circa £50k, dependent on experience. Weekend working is essential for these positions, days off will be during the week.
