A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a New Homes Sales Executive for one of their developments, a collection of 1 & 2 bedroom apartments with excellent transport links and amenities.
Duties:
Working in a team of four you will be highly committed to providing a first class customer experience and be the 'face' of the company to prospective buyers.
You will need to be happy to work to targets as well as ascertain and seek to understand clients’ requirements in order to maximise each viewing and ensure any queries are professionally handled.
Using your excellent knowledge and experience of new home sales you will be ambitious and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
You will communicate with clients by email, on the phone and in person as well as organise viewings of show / finished units.
Your charismatic and engaging personality will ensure that each client receives the highest level of service and leaves the development with a positive impression of the company.
Working on a rota basis with potential for at least one weekend a month
Skills and experience
A background in new home sales is highly desirable, however other sales experience such as luxury retail sales / cabin crew will also be considered. The successful candidate will have a polished and professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
A team player with a natural desire and ability to provide excellent customer service.
You MUST live within an easy commute of Reading to be considered for this role.
Salary and benefits
Basic salary of 28-30K plus commission (OTE up to 54K)
25 days holiday PLUS bank holidays increasing to 33 days with service
