Full Time New Home Sales Executive Needed for a new homes builder with a reputation for building outstanding family homes.
My client is looking a dynamic and engaging people person with excellent sales and customer service experience. Although New Home Sales experience would be an advantage they will consider applicants with exceptional face to face sales experience from Estate Agency or other consultative customer facing sales experience. The role would suit those who are within easy commute of Farnborough who are energetic team players who are motivated to achieve targets while delivering first rate customer service. As per normal in New Home Sales, weekend working is required (Saturday & Sunday) with one weekend off in three, normal days off will be Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
£30,000 Basic with an OTE of £43,000
Commission will be paid at £200 per plot when plots exchange
Working Hours – 9.30am – 5.30pm
Days off will be Tuesdays and Wednesday
1 Weekend off in 3 – Days off will differ the week before and after this weekend off (Rota will be provided)
25 days holiday per annum
