Excellent opportunity for a full-time New Home Sales consultant working on bust New Homes development in Royston
My client is a 5 start housebuilder, and they are seeking a sales sales consultant to loook after a single manned development in Royston.
The successful candidate will have:
• Experience in the new homes industry
• Be self-motivated and able work to deadlines whilst remaining flexible to changes
• Have a pro-active approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to prioritise and be organised with a strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of the conveyancing process
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and consumer code
• Previous experience within a developer.
Working 5 days out of 7 (including weekends and bank holidays).
Up to £30k package including car allowance, all commission paid at reservation. £50k OTE, private healthcare and other excellent benefits package.. Mileage allowance is also available
