We are currently recruiting for an experienced New Home Sales Negotiator in the Oxfordshire area. Our client is in the retirement market and is renowned for its high quality product, customer care and ambition. They are actively seeking a self-motivated, sales-driven, experienced sales negotiator to cover a development of retirement apartments and houses in Oxfordshire in landscaped grounds and with easy access to local facilities and the stunning surrounding countryside and is very much an escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life.
You would have to be immaculately presented with excellent communication skills possessing an ability to engage confidently with the sites more seasoned clientele. You will be a pro-active individual, able to manage and prioritize your own workload in order to reach targets and deliver continued success. Good I.T skills whilst not essential would be advantageous.
Working Tuesday to Saturday (Sundays and Mondays off). In return you would receive a £28k basic salary with an OTE of £45k and be given the opportunity to manage your own workload, and work for a developer with a great reputation and an inclusive company culture.
