We currently have an exciting opportunity for a New Homes Sales Advisor to join on a development based in Reading for around 12 months. Thereafter, the role will transition to a different development located in the Surrey area.

Base Salary: £37,000 OTE £57,500

5 days per week – Days can vary

1 weekend off in 4.

What You’ll Do

Welcome and engage prospective buyers, offering expert advice on our homes and lifestyle offerings
Conduct in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the high standards and quality of our developments
Manage the full sales process smoothly and efficiently
Stay informed on pricing, incentives, and property details to support informed decisions
Collaborate with marketing and development teams to promote new launches and offers

What type of candidate are we looking for?

Proven experience in new homes sales is desirable but not essential
Full UK driving licence
A passion for providing exceptional customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven, proactive, and adaptable
