We are recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator to provide support to the Marketing Manager.
Some responsibilities would include;
Advertising ~Check content such as copy, opening times, prices, contact details and disclaimers on HTML campaigns and direct marketing campaigns
On site set up and presentation~ Support the marketing Manager in the coordination of marketing suites and show home set up.
Printed Material ~ Manage stock levels of other relevant marketing material
Data Analysis ~ Closely monitor web performance through Google data studio,
Ideal candidates will have;
• Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
• Competent on Microsoft applications and experience of using CMS and CRM systems.
• Experience in using Adobe applications such as InDesign or Illustrator.
Qualifications
Marketing qualifications
Knowledge of the housing market
Experience of website content management
Understanding of the customers journey both off and online
