We are recruiting Maintenance Surveyors for various locations - Kent~ Essex,~ London~ Surrey~ Hampshire.
You will be dealing with responsive repairs for a Shared Ownership Developer.
Job role to include;
• Aids and adaptions feasibility inspections
• Day to day reactive repair inspections
• Major Void inspections
• Post inspections
• Party wall notices
• Insurance/Structural /fire damage joint visits with loss adjusters
• Individual Complex cases ie mini projects
• Familiar with specifications and using SOR codes
• Damp and condensation inspections
