Fantastic temporary opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful Estate Agents in Hertfordshire as a Letting Agent. This role is working in their Head Office, in the heart of St Albans, Mon -Fri
You will support the existing team and be part of a highly successful Lettings department. Our client is looking for a minimum of 4-6 weeks.
Your responsibilities will include managing all telephone enquiries, qualifying potential tenants, dealing with and resolving issues along the way. Scheduling and leading viewing, negotiating between vendor and tenant in order to reach an agreement, as well as all the pre-tenancy checks.You will be providing the highest level of communication and customer service to all clients and ensure they are updated and advised accordingly.
Personal specification:
Experience within residential Letting or Sales in an Estate agency or New Homes Sales environment.
Self-driven with a can do attitude.
Ability to work in a team.
Interest in property.
Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written.
Organisation and prioritisation skills.
IT literate.
A natural people person.
A full Driving Licence.
Local area knowledge is preferred
