As Finishing Manager, you will be required to manage the final fix stage of the build. You must keep thorough records of snags and relay them onto the appropriate subcontractor for rectification. You will be reporting to an on site Senior Site Manager and work as part of a team.
Required:
3+ years’ experience working for a main contractor specialising in the finishes.
Strong organisation and communicational skills are essential.
To be considered you must hold a CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid.
