TeamSales are looking for a New Homes Sales Advisor to work on a new homes development in Bedfordshire, close to Luton. Our client, an leading developer, is looking for someone with existing experience to join their sales team.
Client requirements:
At 3 years experience of selling New Homes and proven record of meeting sales targets
Ability to quickly pick up a busy and complex site
Ability to provide first class customer service for every purchaser
Excellent personal presentation
Confident IT skills
Excellent communication whilst dealing with both customers and colleagues
Own vehicle to reach new homes developments
Days / Hours / Info:
Thursdays to Mondays (including weekend working)
10am to 5pm
Developments are operating in accordance with COVID guidelines.
What’s on offer?
Up to £27k basic with good commission and bonuses on top.
