Excellent opportunity for a Customer Experience Manager to join a 5 star builder on a development in North West London. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the construction and sales teams to ensure a smooth move in process for clients in the 3 months pre and post legal completion. My client has a strong track record in customer service and has 5 star status 13 years in a row.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting pre completion hard hat tours
Communicating move in dates
Conducting new home demonstrations
Handover of keys
Ensuring the constructions teams close out defects
Ensuring clients are satisfied enough to rate us highly on the NHBC surveys
The perfect candidate would have customer service and construction experience and a very customer first approach.
Salary is between £35,000 - £40,000 with a 5% bonus depending on experience.
