We have a great opportunity for a Customer Experience Executive. The role will provide excellent customer service when delivering Home Demonstrations to customers and providing a memorable and welcoming experience when handing over keys to the customer’s new home.

Essential skills are:

  • Customer Service Experience

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Ability to travel to sites regularly

  • Enjoy working in a team environment

  • Able to self-motivate and work remotely

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required

  • Ability to travel

Ideally you will have;

  • Experience in New Homes

  • Experience reporting and dealing with complaints

  • Strong working relations with the Customer Care & Quality team
