We have a great opportunity for a Customer Experience Executive. The role will provide excellent customer service when delivering Home Demonstrations to customers and providing a memorable and welcoming experience when handing over keys to the customer’s new home.
Essential skills are:
Customer Service Experience
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to travel to sites regularly
Enjoy working in a team environment
Able to self-motivate and work remotely
Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
Ability to travel
Ideally you will have;
Experience in New Homes
Experience reporting and dealing with complaints
Strong working relations with the Customer Care & Quality team
