BMS Static Service Engineer - £55,000 - London
A wonderful opportunity for an experienced BMS Static Service Engineer to work with a well-established and successful BMS controls specialist.
The BMS Static Service Engineer role
The client is looking for an experienced BMS Static Site Service Engineer. You will have in-depth knowledge of BMS (Building Management Systems) hardware including fault finding, wiring, and networking. You will possess the knowledge and experience to design and commission BMS systems.
Responsibilities
· Liaison with site supervisors of the in-house maintenance team
· Completing PPM tasks
· Completing remedial works
· Completing a daily/weekly/monthly report
· Assisting with any on site projects
· Supporting BMS Operations teams with occasional reactive call outs on critical sites
Key Skills
Tridium / Cylon certified.
Minimum experience of 2 years
Previous experience in a BMS service position
Great customer service skills
Benefits
Salary £55,000 dependent on experience
Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30 with 1 hour lunch
