I joined the TeamSales Division of TeamResourcing back in 2005 after spending 4 years running a property management company. I have gained a wealth of experience working in different sectors from Temporary Staffing, Permanent Recruitment and Head Office & Senior Appointments.
Recruitment is my passion and having worked in the industry since 1996 I have seen this industry evolve. I have built a thorough and in-depth knowledge of the New Homes sector and over the years I have built strong and long-standing relationships with clients and candidates alike. I never tire of meeting new candidates and helping them to flourish in their chosen career. It has been a pleasure to watch the development of candidates and clients over the years, from those new to the industry progressing to senior management level roles and sales managers progressing to directorship. I am delighted to embark on a new chapter in my career with the launch of TeamConstruction.
