We have been delighted to welcome back New Home Sales Trainer, Penny Tillott to Teamsales Training this year. Penny delivers training with infectious energy and enthusiasm, supported by in-depth technical and industry knowledge. A graduate of Warwick University, her career has progressed in a range of people focussed businesses including recruitment for Alfred Marks and as a Manager for Wates Estate Agency. She has achieved considerable success working directly with a number of New Home Developers including: The Barratt Group, The Countryside Group, Jennings Homes and Bowey Homes.
Penny has been an intrinsic part of the team here since the 1990s, initially representing us to many of our major clients on site and later turning her focus to training from 1998 to 2008. It is no exaggeration to say that she has personally been responsible for assisting to launch the careers of many hundreds of Sales Negotiators (through her superb delivery of our New Home Sales Induction Courses), many of whom have progressed into senior sales and management roles.
Penny took a break from Teamsales Training in 2008 due to family commitments, but returned to us this spring as effective as ever. Our trainees tell us that whilst there is a lot of information to take on board during the course, Penny makes it very accessible. Her approachable and engaging style means that it is an enjoyable process for them too. The results that have come from our in-house seminars this year speak for themselves, with a high percentage of candidates now successfully placed in permanent roles and others working for us regularly on temporary assignments.
