A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful Estate Agents in Hertfordshire as a Sales Progressor. This role is working from home Mon - Fri. With an occasional commute to St Albans for a minimum of 3 months.

You will support the existing team and be part of a highly successful Sales department. Our client is looking for a minimum of 3 months support.

A sales progressor is someone who takes on the task of moving a property sale through to exchange of contracts and completion, once an offer is accepted.

Your responsibilities will include managing the company sales pipelines from offer to completion, dealing with and resolving issues along the way. You will be providing the highest level of communication and customer service to all clients and ensure they are updated and advised accordingly.

Personal specification:

  • Experience within residential sales or sales progression within estate agency or new home sales

  • Good legislation knowledge

  • Experience in liaising and negotiating with buyers, sellers and third parties such as surveyors, solicitors and financial institution

  • An understanding of the mortgage application process

  • Local area knowledge is preferred

  • Planning and time management skills

  • Administrative skills

  • Communication skills

  • Organisation and prioritisation skills

  • IT literate.
