TeamSales are looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to work on a new homes development in Suffolk. Our client, an award winning new homes developer, is looking for someone to join their sales team.
Client requirements:
Experience of selling New Homes and able to quickly pick up a new development
Proven record of meeting sales targets
Ability to provide first class customer service for every purchaser
Excellent personal presentation
Good IT skills, experience of using CRM
Excellent verbal and written communication skills whilst dealing with both customers and colleagues
Own vehicle to reach new homes developments
Days / Hours / Info:
Thursdays to Mondays (including weekend working)
10am to 5pm
Developments are operating in accordance with COVID guidelines - PPE is provided.
What’s on offer?
Up to £29k basic with £45k - £50k OTE
Mileage allowance
28 days holiday
