We have been working with National House Builders for more than 30 years and we have an extensive client base therefore, we are particularly interested to hear from candidates with experience in the New Homes Industry.
Our clients require essential skills as follows;
Managing, controlling and liaising with sub contractors and in house teams
Problem solving ability and providing feedback on any defects and action remedial work as necessary
Health and Safety regulations and procedures
Effective team leader/ motivator
Deliver excellent Customer Service for both internal and external teams
CSCS/ SMSTS/CCS/HBF/CCS/First Aid at Work qualified
Able to work under pressure
Strive to deliver quality homes
Full UK driving Licence
