We have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Progressor to join a new and dynamic Sales Team for a 5* New Homes developer.
Ideally, you will be;
Able to work well under pressure and have excellent typing skills.
A good all-rounder with great communication skills both face to face and on the phone.
Experience in liaising and negotiating with buyers, sellers and third parties such as surveyors, solicitors and financial institutions.
Focused in achieving a successful completion of the property sale in the required time-scale and with the ability to problem solve when required.
Have direct previous experience as a dedicated Sales Progressor as first rate knowledge of the conveyancing process is a must.
