This role is primarily to assist the Sales team with the Legal Sales progression of Leasehold and Freehold Sales. Previous experience working for a New Homes developer as a manager.
Some duties expected are;
Chasing Customers, Solicitors, and Mortgage Brokers to ensure completions time scales are met
Checking and ensuring reservation paperwork is accurate
Dealing with enquiries raised by purchasers or Solicitors
Producing weekly and monthly reports for Sales Managers and Directors
