Due to increased volume of business and expansion, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the permanent team of TeamSales Division based at our Head Office in London Primrose Hill.
Team Resourcing is a niche recruitment consultancy with offices in London, Burgess Hill and Manchester. We offer temporary and permanent staffing to the Property, Construction and Engineering sectors. As a market leader in the Industry, we enjoy the benefit of having long standing, established relationships with a large and impressive client list. We have over 30 years of experience within the New Homes Sector and in this role you will be working with an active and established client base.
We have built strong relationships with our clients and candidates alike and are keen to find individuals who strive to deliver excellent customer service in everything that they do.
To be considered for this role you will have:·
Previous experience as a Resourcer, Recruitment Consultant or Sales Associate. (We would consider a graduate)
Ambition and drive to delivery exemplary customer service
A flair for client development and customer service. ·
Fantastic communication skills on all levels both written and verbally.
