Our client has an opportunity for a part-time New Homes Sales Negotiator for a new homes development launching in 2025. You will be dealing with enquiries from customers and also promoting this new homes development in the local area. Our client is offering a new development of affordable homes for over 55’s in Stockport, Greater Manchester.

Situated in a suburban village, the development offers a range of stylish one and two-bedroom Shared Ownership and affordable rent apartments and bungalows. Their independent living apartments are complimented by a range of first-class onsite facilities, including a spacious resident’s lounge perfect for socialising with friends.

You will be required to work 3 days a week. The client will be flexible on the days.

Hours will be from 10am - 2pm or 10am to 3pm.

It is ideal for some that need a bit more flexibility with working hours.

They require someone to start in November and be available until February 2025 when the will be looking for someone to commit to 5 days a week, working 10am to 4pm

Experience of working in Estate Agency, New Homes Sales is preferred
