​TeamSales are looking for experienced New Homes Sales Consultants in Cambourne and the surrounding areas due to an increase in demand for temporary cover.

Our clients range from National House builders to High End Developers who are looking for regular support for ad-hoc and ongoing assignments across multiple developments. We are ideally looking for candidates that are available for at least 3 days a week to include some weekend working. Many of our temp roles lead to permanent placements and therefore ideal for immediately available candidates looking for a permanent opportunity.

Requirements:

  • Experience of New Homes Sales or Estate Agency

  • Immaculate presentation

  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills whilst dealing with both customers and colleagues

  • An understanding of the compliance when selling New Homes

  • IT Literate with experience of working on Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • Reliability and punctuality

  • Car and driving licence required

  • Available to work on weekends

 

​Days / Hours / Info:

  • Sites are open 7 days a week -with average opening times being 10am to 5:30pm but can vary slightly

  • Some clients open for longer hours on a Thursday

  • Pay rates (Outside the M25) from £14.00 Per hour & Mileage Allowance if applicable

  • Pay rates (Inside M25) from £16.00 Per Hour & Mileage Allowance if applicable
