We are currently recruiting for an exciting New Home Sales role for a Shared Ownership development in Kettering.
£26-28k Base Salary plus commission.
£350 per plot
Guaranteed commission of £500 per month for the first 3 months
Shift pattern: Thursday to Monday 10:00 – 17:00
Single manned development
The role is based on a busy, well performing development in Kettering. Current sales rate is 2-3 per week, so this role has great earning potential. The ideal candidate for the position would need New Home Sales experience and excellent IT skills.
Responsibilities:
Guiding first-time buyers through the affordable housing purchase process from initial inquiry to completion
Dealing with enquiries
Taking reservations
Responsible for the day to day running of a site sales centre
Stay informed on pricing, incentives, and property details to support informed decisions
What we are looking for:
Previous New Home Sales experience is essential
Excellent IT skills
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
