​Superb opportunity for a highly experienced New Home Sales Consultant to work on an exclusive, high-end retirement development in SW London.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling exclusive high-end developments to discerning buyers:

1.Customer centric mindset, based on empathy, strong listening skills, needs analysis, and

2.Residential, or sector, experience

3.Good communication skills – ability to interact effectively with varied audience

4. Good people management skills. Persuasive, yet flexible and patient.

5.Strong experience in CRM system(s)

6.Process and compliance driven, yet agile and flexible within a framework.

Key accountabilities

1.Deliver growth and sales targets by delivering against the role holder’s individual sales target and
through successfully understanding the company ethos proposition.

2.Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics

3.Build and promote healthy, long-lasting relations with purchasers, prospective purchasers and key influencers.

The role is Monday to Friday (willingness to attend occassional weekend appointments).

Salary up to £40k basic dependent on experience with OTE circa £80k
