β€’ Lead & mentor a team of BMS commissioning engineers
β€’ Take ownership of complex projects from commissioning through to handover
β€’ Work closely with clients, consultants & contractors
β€’ Drive quality, performance, and technical excellence

β€’ Strong BMS commissioning background (Trend / Tridium / Siemens / Schneider)
β€’ Leadership experience β€” or ready to step into a lead role
β€’ Solid HVAC & controls knowledge
β€’ Confident communicator with a hands-on approach
