Our client is looking for an experienced reception and administrator to join a 5* new homes developer. The role is based in their regional Head Office in Essex

Duties:

  • Dealing with incoming calls and enquiries

  • Meeting and greeting visitors

  • Admin support to the sales team

  • Database updating

  • Dealing with customer enquires professionally

Personal Qualities:  

  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as under instruction

  • Patient, calm and empatheti

  • Self-motivated to deliver a high standard

  • Excellent organisational and IT skills

Days / Hours / Info:

  • Mondays to Fridays

  • 8:30am – 5pm (finishing at 3:30pm on Fridays)
