We’re looking for a BMS Small Works Manager to lead the delivery of small to medium-sized projects across a diverse portfolio of smart buildings. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage projects from quote through to completion—ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction every step of the way.

The Role

  • Manage and deliver BMS small works projects from initial scope to handover

  • Oversee engineers, subcontractors, and project timelines

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard

  • Act as the key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships

  • Support quotations, variations, and commercial tracking

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and company standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in BMS / Building Management Systems

  • Experience delivering small works or projects within controls / HVAC

  • Knowledge of systems such as Niagara 4, IQVISION, or similar

  • Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and variations

  • Confident communicator with strong organisational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
